Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable Retainer Fee is due at the time of making an appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the appointment by Cash, Apple Pay or Zelle. You have the opportunity to reschedule Once.
**Retainer Fee, Products & Services are Non-Refundable**
Booking/Retainer fee is subtracted from your remaining balance. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days/48 hrs prior to your appointment. Late Cancellations/No Show retainer fee is Non-Transferable and you will be charged the full amount of the service.

If paying by Credit Card that is not on file: $5 (Square is used to process Physical Card charges)
